Job Title: Sales Executive - Semiconductor Industry

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with a strong background in the electronics industry to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent sales skills, a deep understanding of semiconductor products, and the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.

As a Sales Executive in the semiconductor industry, you will play a critical role in expanding our customer base and promoting our innovative products. Your ability to connect with clients, understand their needs, and effectively present solutions will be key to your success. We are looking for a motivated individual who is passionate about technology and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the semiconductor market.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, building strong relationships to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the benefits and applications of semiconductor products.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align customer requirements with product offerings.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and identify opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events to network and promote the company's products.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the electronics or semiconductor industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor technologies and their applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Skills:

  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Ability to analyze market data and identify trends.
  • Familiarity with sales pipeline management and forecasting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
