Job Overview

The Inside Sales Executive at Illusion Dental Laboratory will be based in our Mumbai office and will play a critical role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions through our range of dental restoration products. This full-time position requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer inquiries and providing exceptional service.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in sales or a related field with the ability to quickly build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with diverse clientele.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools to track customer interactions and sales progress.
  • Ability to present product solutions clearly and persuasively, tailoring messages to different customer needs and levels of understanding.
  • Highly self-motivated and result-oriented with a demonstrated ability to independently close sales.
  • Knowledge of dental restoration products and industry trends would be considered an asset.
  • Must have problem-solving abilities and a solutions-focused approach to overcome potential sales hurdles.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound activities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their business needs and providing support.
  • Effectively present the product range and features to customers over phone calls and emails.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customers and sales using the company's CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment between sales objectives and marketing strategies.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to improve product offerings and service delivery.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and innovative selling techniques.
