The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure daily compliance with all operating procedures. Oversee operations and implement management.
  • Execute Franchisor-approved marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Build relationships with local stakeholders to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.
  • Adopt and execute operational procedures of Keding Enterprises.
  • Formulate regular reports to the franchisor on performance indicators and metrics set.

Where will you start:

  • Lead market research, analyze competition, reflect on current sales model and business knowhows, and craft strategic business proposals.
  • Perform telemarketing job functionalities. Responsibilities include outbound calls to verify client information, invite clients to attend online product presentations, and host virtual product presentations to familiarize clients with product knowledge, applications, and the advantages of KD products.


Where will you progress:

  • Implement business strategy. Refine business model.
  • Perform business development in the assigned region.
  • Develop distribution channels; Build relationships with distributors.
  • Monitor team performances. Implement training to increase productivity.


Where will you be:

  • Manage sales operations in the branch office to meet sales targets.
  • Pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain distribution channels.
  • Maintain relationships with existing and new clients.

The Profile

  • 1-3 years of sales/business development managerial experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English or Mandarin
  • Call Center/BPO/Customer Service experience is a plus
  • Ability to differentiate between colors
  • Experience in related fields/industries is a plus.
  • Require 2 weeks of training in Taiwan (optional) and online training twice a month.
  • Experience in sales and business development is a must
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills are musts
  • Computer Literate, proficient in Microsoft Office
