As a Performance Specialist at 3DM Agency, you will be a key player in our digital marketing team, responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms. Your role is essential in ensuring the success of our clients' marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities and Skills:
  • Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement data-driven digital advertising strategies that align with client goals and objectives.
  • Platform Expertise: Demonstrate expertise in managing advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, with a focus on campaign setup, audience targeting, and optimization
  • Media Buying: Effectively manage and optimize media buying, ensuring efficient spending and maximum ROI for clients.
  • Data Analytics: Utilize Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Tag Manager to collect and interpret data, providing insights that inform campaign optimizations and client reports
  • Optimization: Continuously monitor campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve key performance metrics, such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the broader marketing team to share insights, educate team members, and ensure the successful execution of advertising strategies.
  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximize campaign performance while adhering to client budget constraints.
  • Reporting: Generate regular performance reports, providing clients with a clear understanding of campaign results and insights for improvement.
Skills & Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital advertising and performance
    marketing.
  • Platform Proficiency: Strong expertise in Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
  • Data Analytics: Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Tag Manager, with the ability to analyze and derive actionable insights from data. Media Buying: Experience in media buying and a deep understanding of bid strategies, ad placements, and audience targeting.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive campaign optimizations.
  • Communication: Decent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
