Role Description

We are seeking a
Digital Marketing Specialist
to join our on-site team in
Hyderabad
. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for strategising, creating, executing, and optimising digital campaigns with a strong focus on
Social Media Marketing and PPC Advertising
. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to:

  • Plan and execute
    multi-platform social media campaigns
    (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X/Twitter, Pinterest)
  • Design, launch, and manage
    high-performing PPC campaigns
    (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to refine targeting and audience segmentation
  • Utilise web analytics, tracking pixels, and conversion tags to measure performance and improve ROI
  • Develop digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives and brand voice
  • Monitor trends, emerging platforms, and new ad formats to drive innovation
  • Generate actionable insights from campaign data and communicate results through reports and dashboards
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to deliver impactful campaigns

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in
    Social Media Marketing (organic + paid)
    and
    PPC campaign management
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads
    , and other paid media platforms
  • Hands-on experience with
    web analytics tools
    (Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, Search Console)
  • Strong
    data analysis skills
    to drive actionable strategies and optimise performance
  • Excellent
    communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
  • Creative mindset with strong problem-solving and campaign ideation abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a digital agency or marketing role
    is preferred
  • Certifications in
    Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Analytics
    will be a plus
