Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Cloud Intelligence specialist to deliver dashboard reporting and provide a holistic view of marketing performance for clients.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver dashboard reporting with our Australian team
  • Proven experience in Marketing Cloud Intelligence platform, including data stream management
  • Build marketing and advertising dashboards in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence
  • Data mapping and normalisation
  • Expertise in Datorama data streams, APIs, and TotalConnect
  • Pivot tables, calculated fields, and advanced visualisations
  • SQL knowledge
  • Visualising data to tell a story/give a holistic view of marketing performance
  • Data governance, QA, and troubleshooting data discrepancies

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience using MCI/Datorama
  • Solid understanding of reporting metrics used within the marketing and advertising industry
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal – for effective communication with internal stakeholders and clients
  • Passion for data and reporting with proactive approach to professional development
