Educational and Experience Requirements:

·      * Overall experience of 7+ years, with a minimum of 3+ years in franchise management within salon, aesthetics, and clinical services.

·      *Fluency in English, Telugu and Hindi

·      Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

·      Proven track record of success in franchise sales or a similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies to attract qualified franchise prospects.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling franchise sales materials and campaigns.
  • Generate leads via networking, referrals, trade shows, and online platforms.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and assess their franchise suitability.
  • Maintain accurate lead and interaction records
  • Serve as the primary contact for prospective franchisees throughout the discovery process.
  • Conduct due diligence and provide detailed information about the franchise opportunity.
  • Coordinate meetings, site visits, and presentations to promote franchise benefits.
  • Negotiate franchise agreement terms, including fees, royalties, and territory rights.
  • Address concerns and overcome objections to close franchise deals.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements during the sales process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing franchisees to encourage referrals.
  • Provide ongoing support and serve as a liaison between franchisees and the corporate office.
