Role Description

As the Sales Manager at Studio Origin, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by overseeing all aspects of the sales process for our interior design and execution services. Your responsibilities include:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company’s objectives, targeting both residential and commercial interior projects.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients, building a robust sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to understand their design needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Project Consultation: Collaborate with the design and execution teams to ensure client requirements are accurately captured and transformed into high-quality interior spaces.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competition, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies and drive competitiveness.
  • Revenue Targets: Lead efforts to achieve sales targets by closing deals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, project managers, and suppliers, to ensure timely and seamless project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proven sales experience in the interiors industry, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, creative environment.


Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A degree in Interior Design or Architecture can be a plus.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the interior design, architecture, or construction industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Industry Knowledge:

  • In-depth understanding of interior design processes, materials, and execution.
  • Familiarity with the local market and key stakeholders, including architects, builders, and suppliers.

Sales Skills:

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies tailored to client needs.

Leadership and Management:

  • Experience in managing a sales team and coordinating with design and execution teams.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Understanding of design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp,Prolance,Infurnia) is a plus.

Networking Abilities:

  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with high-end clients and partners.

Problem-Solving:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to handle client needs and project requirements.

Customer-Focused:

  • A client-centric approach to delivering projects on time and meeting high-quality standards.
