Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Inside Sales to lead our inside sales team and drive revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales leadership, a deep understanding of the SaaS landscape, and the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing sales team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of inside sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth and market penetration.
  • Performance Management: Set clear performance goals, monitor progress, and implement improvement plans as needed.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Continuously improve sales processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align efforts and achieve company objectives.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and actionable insights to senior management.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the SaaS industry.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
