● Lead / Demand Generation
● Account mapping / Initial discussion
● Build relationships with Partner teams
● Leads / Accounts – Dir Vs Indir
● Regular Interactions / Feedback
● Upsell / Cross-sell account mapping as per sales team instruction
● Regular updating of CRM
● Schedule f2f meetings
● Creation & maintaining of customer databases
● High-level understanding of industrial use cases
● Gather customer needs/requirements
● Documentation brief on every conversation with prospects/leads
● Sharing detailed emails on customer discussions to the sales team
● Engage sales team on customer interest generated & keep track till deal closure won/ lost
● Account research & Key player mapping

Skills/ Requirements:

● 5 years of relevant experience in selling Inside sales
● Deep understanding of the BFSI sector

  • Experience working with customers in India and SouthEast Asia markets.
  • Strong Communication Skills - fluent in articulating thoughts in English.
● Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Engineering, Maths or Statistics)

  • Good hold of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
