Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

Reports To: Business Head


Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to new prospects and following up with existing opportunities to convert leads into customers.


Key Responsibility:


  • Prospect Outreach: Identify and reach out to new sales prospects through various channels (email, phone, social media, etc.)
  • Lead Follow-Up: Follow up on leads and existing opportunities to drive sales growth
  • Database Management: Maintain and update customer databases with the latest information
  • Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create effective strategies for customer acquisition
  • Product Presentations: Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
  • Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities and results


Qualifications:


  • Education: Bachelor's/master’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the tech industry
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with strong email writing capabilities. Proficient in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
  • Customer Relationship: Proven expertise in cultivating and sustaining strong customer relationships
  • Tech Abilities: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Integrity: High level of integrity and dependability, with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Learning Capabilities: Strong passion for technology with a commitment to staying current with industry trends
