Role Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR and Admin Executive/Intern to manage day-to-day HR functions and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle Recruitment process
• Conduct employee onboarding
• Maintain and update employee records
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies and benefits.
• Organize employee engagement and welfare activities alingwith utilization of employees on daily basis
• Manage leave and attendance of employees
• Oversee general office operations and maintenance
• Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships
• Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and well-organized
• Coordinate with IT/support services for employee equipment and systems
• Handle travel arrangements and logistics for staff when required
- Mis reporting of clients etc
Requirement
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field
• 0-1 year experience required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
