Job Description

Budget: 10-15 LPA (fixed, depends upon interview) + incentives

Role Type: Individual Contributor

Working Days: 5 days/week

Job Responsibilities

- Business Development:- Identify and create new opportunities.- Personally contact and secure new business customers.- Close and grow sales through professional communication with existing and potential clients.- Client Relationship Management:- Manage and interpret customer requirements by speaking with clients to understand, anticipate, and meet their needs.- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, nurses, technologists, and administrative personnel.- Communicate sales or service opportunities and customer concerns or suggestions.- Market Analysis and Strategy:- Maintain knowledge of competitor products and report intelligence on competitor pricing or marketing strategies.- Achieve quarterly and annual sales forecasts for targeted products.- Technical Support and Training:- Provide technical information and explanations to clients.- Serve as a trainer and conduct training sessions for physicians and other relevant stakeholders on the company’s products and procedures.- Work closely with the Clinical Affairs department to support post-marketing surveillance activities.- Promotion and Representation:- Represent the company at relevant medical conferences and technical exhibitions to promote products/solutions and the company.- Communication and Coordination:- Communicate with the Singapore office daily and follow instructions.- Travel Requirements:- Be able to travel across India to visit customers (hospitals).

Education and Experience Requirements

- Minimum Education Required:- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Medical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or Bioengineering.- Experience Required:- Must have experience in sales of heart/brain equipment, particularly brain or cardiac implants.- Candidates with experience only in diagnostic or pharmaceutical industries will not be considered.- Must have at least 1+ year of stability in the last role unless there is a very genuine reason for job changes.

Candidate Preferences

- Must be located in Delhi NCR.- Should be capable of working independently as there is no team or office in India.- Should not have experience limited to brain diagnostic devices.

Company Overview:

- Established in 2008 (outside India).- Operates with a small team in India (currently 5 employees across different regions).

Key Notes:

- The company’s product is related to brain implants.- Candidates with frequent job changes will not be shortlisted unless they have a valid and genuine reason.- The role requires candidates who are self-motivated and can independently manage their responsibilities in India.
