Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer
Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant to the Founders is responsible for providing high-level administrative and organizational support to the Founders. This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
The ideal candidate for this position will excel if they can keep their calm in a high pressure environment coordinating the logistics of the CEO of the company. The candidate should have some relevant experience to the role that highlights their capability to conduct all administrative work, making sure the CEO's operations run smoothly. Thus, the candidate should be detail oriented and a creative problem solver.
Reports to: CEO
Other key Relationships: Leaderships, Direct Reportees of CEO, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar Management:
Manage the Founders complex schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prioritize and coordinate the founder's time to ensure maximum efficiency.
Travel Arrangements:
Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries.
Prepare travel expense reports.
Communication:
Screen and manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence for the Founders.
Draft, edit, and proofread documents, letters, and reports on behalf of the Founders.
Administrative Support:
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and document management.
Manage and track expense reports and reimbursements.
Confidentiality:
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and trustworthiness.
Project Management & Assistance:
Assist with special projects, research, and data analysis as required by the Founders.
Help manage and track key initiatives and projects.
Stakeholder Liaison:
Serve as a point of contact between the Founders and internal and external stakeholders.
Build and maintain relationships with key partners, clients, and board members.
Meeting and Event Coordination:
Schedule, coordinate, and prepare materials for executive meetings and events.
Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, supporting high-level executives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism.

Has experience of managing complex calendars
Has experience of managing travel logistics
Has experience of / ability to handle multiple projects
Written and Oral Communication skills
Can work in high pressure environment
Smartness and Hunger to learn more
Good to Haves:
Startup experience
Has handled other projects apart from the core EA job role.
Compensation Range: (10 to 15) LPA
Mode of Working: Work from Office
Timings: General Morning Shift- 11 am to 8 pm - Monday to Friday with flexibility of WFH on Saturdays (depending on need).
