Key Responsibilities:


- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.

- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents required for meetings and presentations.

- Coordinate and manage critical projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery of objectives.

- Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decision-making processes.

- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining effective communication and fostering positive relationships.

- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects with a proactive approach.

- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

- Assist in planning and coordinating events, both internal and external.

- Provide support in managing the CEO's travel arrangements and itineraries.


Qualifications:


- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role, preferably in a Founder's Office or supporting C-level executives.

- Strong analytical abilities with the capability to conduct thorough research and present insights effectively.

- Exceptional people skills, with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

- High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
