About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven
Process Excellence Associate

to join our team. This role will play a key part in strengthening
clinic operations and process implementation

, with a focus on improving efficiency, standardization, and scalability across functions. The ideal candidate is someone with a strong operational mindset, proven problem-solving skills, and a passion for driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clinic Operations:
  • Analyze day-to-day clinic workflows and identify areas of improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and eliminate inefficiencies.
  • Implement and monitor new processes to ensure adoption and consistency.
  • Process Excellence & Implementation:
  • Develop SOPs, checklists, and process documentation for smooth operations.
  • Track KPIs and operational metrics to measure performance and impact of process changes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by collecting feedback and refining processes.
  • Support integration of new products/systems into clinic operations.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Partner with clinic teams, product, and operations stakeholders to align on goals and execution.
  • Ensure smooth change management during new rollouts.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years of work experience in
    operations, process excellence, or consulting

.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in
MS Excel/Google Sheets

; knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with attention to detail.
- Prior experience in
healthcare operations/clinic processes

(preferred, not mandatory).
