Responsibilities
- Monitoring and analyzing company processes related to Credit and Marketing processes
- Keeping a track of any delays and obstacles and reduce the TAT on all initiatives
- Examining and suggesting process improvements and upgrades
- Suggesting cost-optimization measures
- Assessing and troubleshooting processing issues
- Creating and maintaining production process reports
- Maintaining a record of the production data in the database
- Staying up-to-date with the new marketing trends in pharma industry
- Providing assistance and resolving internal stakeholder queries
- Offering suggestions and feedback to the internal stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven work experience as a Process Associate would be a positive
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively

**Salary**: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
