Job Title: Process Associate

Location: Bangalore

**Salary**: INR 16,000 per month

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Process Associate to assist us in handling our company’s production processes. You will be primarily responsible for monitoring and analyzing the production processes.

**Responsibilities**:
Analyzing company processes for delays, obstructions, and weaknesses

Advising on process upgrades to improve production rates and reduce costs

Assessing process orders

Servicing and maintaining production equipment

Troubleshooting processing issues

Maintaining machinery supply inventory

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Process Management, Business Administration, or equivalent

Experience in process management preferred but not required

Excellent communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,214.99 - ₹16,000.00 per month
