The Regional Sales Managerwill manage and execute all the sales activities for the branddevising sales plan and budget justifying the plan to uppermanagement sales collaterals sell to customer needs building strongcustomer connects onground and identify emerging audience for ourproducts.
Director of Business Development whowill be responsible for leading a sales team(50).

Responsibilities(but not limited to)
Closing salestargets with focus on target number(50 memberteam).
Develop plans and strategies to achievegrowth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the salesteam.
Ensure Annual/Monthly/Weekly
Sales target are met as per the organizationsgoals.
To be a great People manager recruit trainand retain people to achieve optimum output from theteam.
Create a culture of success and ongoingbusiness and goal achievement.Manage the sales teams operations andresources to deliver profitable growth.
Build andpromote a strong team culture within the sales representativesultimately resulting in an engaged and high performing salesteam.
Define sales processes that drive desiredsales outcomes and identify improvements where and whenrequired.
Confident negotiator and ability toclose the deal.
The candidate must have 58 yearsof experience in B2C & B2B Sales in Educational Industryand managing a large sales team.
Excellentcommunication skills (Solid aggression and fire in the bellyneeded)
5 8 years of experience in EducationalSales (Schools/University )
Experienced inmanaging a sales team of more than3050
Experience in monitoringand evaluating sales report progress against stated expectations inaddition to aligning and changing behavior with performanceexpectations
Strong communication andinterpersonal skills
Mentoring coaching andpeople management skills
Demonstrate cultural fittowards being handson humility and drive a learningenvironment
