We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Store Manager with over 3 years of proven expertise in managing fashion retail stores. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the fashion industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will oversee daily store operations, drive sales, and lead a team to achieve business objectives while maintaining the brand's standards and ethos.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Store Operations and Management: Oversee all daily operations of the store to ensure smooth functioning.
Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising in line with the brand’s guidelines.
Monitor store performance metrics (sales, conversion rates, footfall) and implement strategies to drive improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and legal regulations.
2. Sales and Profitability: Achieve and exceed sales targets and profitability goals.
Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize store sales and profitability.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Implement promotions and marketing initiatives to boost revenue.
3. Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, train, and mentor store staff to ensure high levels of productivity and morale.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Create schedules and ensure adequate staffing during peak times.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
4. Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring staff is well-trained in customer engagement.
Resolve customer complaints and address feedback to enhance the shopping experience.
Ensure that the store consistently delivers a premium brand experience.
5. Visual Merchandising and Brand Representation: Maintain and enhance the store’s visual appeal by adhering to visual merchandising standards.
Represent the brand’s ethos and values in all aspects of the store's operations and interactions.
Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Store Manager in the fashion retail industry.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of retail management systems, POS software, and inventory systems.
Strong understanding of fashion trends and customer preferences.
