We're not just building software, we're building a community-powered platform that brings transparency, usability, and trust back into the tools vets rely on every day.We’re hiring a hands-on Growth Engineer who will own sales outreach, content creation, and online growth strategy. This is a rare role where you’ll combine cold outreach with Tik Tok memes, pipeline building with Instagram campaigns, and technical storytelling with marketing execution.You’ll be responsible for:Sales and OutreachRun cold outreach (emails, Linked In, calls) to clinics, partners, and sponsors.Build and manage a sales pipeline with measurable conversion goals.Support founders in closing partnerships and pilots.Create sales decks, one-pagers, and case studies.Social Media and ContentProduce daily Tik Tok + Instagram videos (meme-driven, engaging, trend-aware).Manage Yosemite Crew’s Linked In, Discord, and Git Hub community presence.Craft storytelling that blends AI, open-source, and vet med into accessible content.Marketing Strategy and CampaignsBuild and run Yosemite Crew’s online marketing strategy (organic + paid).Launch newsletters, campaigns, and community updates.A/B test copy, ads, and content formats to optimize adoption.Drive Product Hunt and event launches.Requirements2+ years experience in sales, marketing, growth, or community (excluding internships).Proven success with cold outreach and lead generation.Experience creating social media content (Tik Tok/Instagram preferred).Strong writing skills for emails, campaigns, and captions.Excited to work in a fast-paced, early-stage, open-source environment.Nice to haveBackground in health tech, vet med, or Saa S growth.Familiarity with CRM tools (Hub Spot, Notion, Pipedrive, etc.).Experience running paid campaigns and newsletters.Past contributions to community-driven or open-source projects.Compensation & PerksSalary: Upto ₹8,00,000 INR per yearHardware: Mac Book Air provided for workRemote-friendly, flexible work cultureWhy join Yosemite Crew ?Help build something vets actually love using with ownership and long-term impact.Work with a small, values-driven team that truly listens.Shape a mission-led, community-first culture from day one.Get access to an expanding network of pet startups, tech leaders, and creators giving back to the industry.
