We’re hiring a hands-on Growth Engineer who will own sales outreach, content creation, and online growth strategy. This is a rare role where you’ll combine cold outreach with TikTok memes, pipeline building with Instagram campaigns, and technical storytelling with marketing execution.

You’ll be responsible for:

Sales and Outreach

  • Run cold outreach (emails, LinkedIn, calls) to clinics, partners, and sponsors.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline with measurable conversion goals.
  • Support founders in closing partnerships and pilots.
  • Create sales decks, one-pagers, and case studies.

Social Media and Content

  • Produce daily TikTok + Instagram videos (meme-driven, engaging, trend-aware).
  • Manage Yosemite Crew’s LinkedIn, Discord, and GitHub community presence.
  • Craft storytelling that blends AI, open-source, and vet med into accessible content.

Marketing Strategy and Campaigns

  • Build and run Yosemite Crew’s online marketing strategy (organic + paid).
  • Launch newsletters, campaigns, and community updates.
  • A/B test copy, ads, and content formats to optimize adoption.
  • Drive Product Hunt and event launches.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in sales, marketing, growth, or community (excluding internships).
  • Proven success with cold outreach and lead generation.
  • Experience creating social media content (TikTok/Instagram preferred).
  • Strong writing skills for emails, campaigns, and captions.
  • Excited to work in a fast-paced, early-stage, open-source environment.

Nice to have

  • Background in health tech, vet med, or SaaS growth.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Notion, Pipedrive, etc.).
  • Experience running paid campaigns and newsletters.
  • Past contributions to community-driven or open-source projects.
