Job description
Hiring immediately We are seeking a Customer Service - Engineer to join our team As a Customer Service - Engineer, you are a key member of the team by representing our Appliance Repair customer in Canada on support calls to clients. You are responsible for answering phone calls and handling service requests, routing field technicians. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees. This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, a critical thinker, energetic, and enjoy helping people. Ideally, you are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and are able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.
Responsibilities:
Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
Make Outbound calls to schedule customers when parts arrive
Complete work orders, return customer calls, and respond to customer complaints
File and submit warranty claims
Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Job Requirements:
Minimum two years of administrative / engineering experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
Positive attitude
Positive and professional demeanor
Team player who can work independently
Able to prioritize and multitask
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30K to 35K per month
Schedule:
Night shift
