About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Franchise Sales Consultant to join our Sales team. The role involves identifying potential franchise leads, conducting virtual/physical meetings, delivering engaging presentations, evaluating sites, and closing franchise deals. This is a great opportunity for a motivated sales professional to grow in the franchise industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and follow up on franchise leads.
  • Conduct virtual & in-person meetings to present the franchise model.
  • Deliver presentations, handle objections, and guide leads through decision-making.
  • Evaluate proposed sites (virtual & physical visits).
  • Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate CRM/Excel reports.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

  • Graduate / MBA in Marketing or related field.
  • 1–3 years of sales or business development experience (franchise sales preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Age: 18–35 years.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹360, ₹480,000.00 per year
