Key Responsibilities:Business Development & Sales Growth:Identify, evaluate, and secure new retail opportunities (in malls, food courts, high streets, etc.)Drive B2C retail sales performance across company-owned and franchise locationsExecute strategies to increase footfall and revenue in existing outletsFranchise & Partner Acquisition:Scout and onboard new franchise partners in target regionsDevelop strong relationships with key landlords, mall operators, and real estate developersMarket Expansion & Planning:Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunitiesPrepare business cases, financial models, and location feasibility reportsLead location scouting, lease negotiations, and site acquisition processesSales Strategy & Execution:Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to implement local promotionsSet and monitor KPIs and sales targets across the retail networkTrack and analyse performance to adjust strategies proactivelyCross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with operations to ensure store openings and transitions are seamlessPartner with marketing to drive brand visibility and seasonal campaignsQualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field3-4  years of experience in retail sales, QSR, or FMCG business developmentProven track record in retail expansion and revenue growthStrong understanding of QSR operations and consumer behaviourKey Skills:Strategic sales planning and executionRetail operations and real estate knowledgeStrong negotiation and interpersonal skillsData-driven decision-makingEntrepreneurial mindset with strong ownershipKPIs / Success Metrics:Number of new retail outlets/franchise partners addedSame-store sales growthAchievement of regional sales targetsExpansion into new geographies or market segmentsCost efficiency in acquisition and operations
