Develop and maintain strong relationships with fashion industry clientsUnderstand client goals and effectively communicate how the company can support themDrive customer satisfaction and ensure successful adoption of products or servicesMonitor client accounts to identify potential issues and proactively address themCollaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions to clientsIdentify opportunities for upselling or crossselling based on client needsConduct regular checkins and business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvementBe the primary point of contact for any postsales activities and issue resolution for fashion industry clientsProvide insights and feedback to internal teams based on client interactionsMeasure and report on key customer success metricsStay informed about trends and developments in the fashion industry to better support clientsContribute to the development and improvement of customer success processes and methodologiesLead and coordinate customer training and onboarding activitiesAct as a customer advocate within the organizationRequired Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Fashion or related fieldProven experience in a customerfacing role within the fashion industryDemonstrated success in client relationship management and customer retentionExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentUnderstanding of sales and account management principlesProficiency in using CRM and customer service softwareAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insightsPassion for the fashion industry and staying updated with its trends and dynamicsProactive and resultsoriented approach to customer successAbility to travel for client meetings and events as necessaryCertifications in customer success or account management are a plusProven track record of meeting and exceeding customer success targetsAbility to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environmentresults-oriented,data interpretation,decision-making,customer,problem-solving,account management,organization,sales,communication,analytical mindset,fashion industry knowledge,communication skills,client accounts,multitasking,customer service,customer retention,prioritization,customer satisfaction,presentation,client relationship management,proactive approach,crm
