Job Purpose:
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for Managing existing clients within a
designated territory. Your role will involve driving sales targets, developing sales strategies, and
ensuring the overall success of the team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth.
● Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities.
● Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales enablement materials.
● Conduct visits to educational institutions such as schools, colleges, and universities
based on generated leads.
● Deliver comprehensive product demonstrations of MyClassboard to potential clients.
● Maintain consistent follow-ups and successfully close deals.
● Achieve specified sales targets.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
● Address customer inquiries promptly and with priority.
● Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements and Qualifications:
● Excellent Communication skills, Presentable and confident.
● Excellent Interpersonal Skills
● Ability to Multitask, Prioritize and Manage time effectively.
● Ability to self-motivate and work independently or within the team.
