Regional HR HeadAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Regional HR Head to oversee all Human Resources functions within a designated region of operations. This critical leadership role involves strategic planning, talent management, employee development, and ensuring comprehensive compliance with employment laws and regulations. The successful candidate will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving organizational effectiveness and performance within the region.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic HR Planning & Collaboration- Develop and implement HR strategies that are fully aligned with the company’s overall objectives and growth plans.- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders in driving organizational effectiveness and performance.- Collaborate with other departments to support broader organizational goals and initiatives.Talent Acquisition & Management- Lead the entire recruitment process for the region, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions.- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure recruitment is both timely and effectiveEmployee Relations & Engagement- Foster positive employee relations by fairly and promptly addressing grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues.- Implement strategies designed to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction across the region.Performance Management & Development- Develop and implement performance management systems to monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback.- Conduct regular performance evaluations and facilitate goal-setting processes.- Identify regional training needs and coordinate programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.- Support career development and succession planning initiatives.HR Compliance & Risk Mitigation- Ensure absolute compliance with all applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies.- Stay current on legal developments and industry best practices to mitigate risks and maintain a positive work environment.HR Metrics and Reporting- Collect and analyze HR data to track key metrics such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and workforce demographics.- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management to inform crucial decision-making.Candidate Qualifications :- A Postgraduate or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.- 12+ years of experience in HR leadership roles.- Experience is preferably in the Ecommerce, Retail, FMCG, Logistics, or SCM industry.- In-depth knowledge of core HR principles, practices, and regulations.- Strong leadership skills with the proven ability to effectively manage and develop an HR team.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.- Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.- Ability to thrive and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
