- Role Summary:
- Were looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of HR to lead and scale our people operations
- This role demands someone who can build strong people practices, shape our culture, and partner with leadership to align people strategies with business objectives.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute HR strategy aligned with business goals.
- Team Building: Lead and grow the HR team across all verticals talent acquisition, L&D, HR operations, compliance, and more.
- Culture & Engagement: Champion company culture, drive engagement initiatives, and maintain high employee morale.
- Performance & Development: Implement and refine performance management systems, career progression frameworks, and L&D programs.
- Recruitment: Oversee end-to-end hiring strategies, including workforce planning and employer branding.
- Compliance & Policies: Ensure HR practices comply with legal regulations and internal policies (POSH, labor laws, audits).
- Compensation & Benefits: Design competitive and equitable C&B structures, benchmark regularly against the industry.
- HR Tech: Leverage tools and data to streamline processes and enhance employee experience.
- What Were Looking For?
years of experience in HR; at least 6 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in scaling HR functions in high-growth environments.
- Excellent understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance frameworks.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- A mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Startup experience is a big plus.
