Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Head - APAC, based in Gurugram. The HR Head will be responsible for overseeing HR management activities, designing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits programs, and ensuring structured personnel management practices. The role includes driving HR strategies to support the organization's goals, fostering a positive work culture, and addressing compliance with regional employment laws and practices. The ideal candidate will act as a business partner to senior leadership while managing HR operations effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR) practices, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee retention
  • Proven experience with HR Management and the development of strategic HR plans to align team performance with organizational goals
  • Ability to design, implement, and optimize HR Policies and Employee Benefits programs
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Personnel Management, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture
  • Comprehensive understanding of employment laws and regulations within the APAC region
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Relevant educational background, such as a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are an advantage
  • 10+ years of professional HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
