Desired Profile:

Should have experience of leading a team of BDE Be highly involved in client communications for domestic/overseas clients Responsible to bring business using different business & sales strategies Responsible for territory management, client acquisition, client relationship & retention Should have experience in the following: Lead GenerationExperience in managing Social Media leads (LinkedIn Navigator, Instagram, Twitter & Facebook management)Managing a team Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, interpersonal, negotiation skills Should be comfortable taking up an individual target alongwith team target Must have demonstrated track record of meeting revenue and new client acquisition targets over the years Work with and expand the prospect & client base within specified business sectors to generate effective leads & exceed sales targets for the business Finding and developing new markets nationally and internationally and improving sales. Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes for business growth Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth Taking digital marketing initiatives for product & company branding Attending conferences and industry events as and when required

Key Skills:

The candidate MUST be from service company having employee strength of 100+ For BDM the last 2 company strength must be 100+ & annual target must be minimum USD 3 Lakhs BDM must be willing to take up individual target & also achieve team target Total target for BDM: USD 60,000 of which his individual target would be USD 30,000 & team target would be USD 30,000 Individual Target for BDM: USD 30,000 per month Incentive is given over achieving 100% target There would be a  deduction  in salary if 100% target is not achieved Candidate MUST have experience in using bidding portals & LinkedIn Sales NavigatorPreferred to lead/manage a team
