Job Summary

Strategy
Responsible for SME Digital delivery.
o Jocata – improvement, build and run.
o Ocen deployment
o E-CASA journey for India
o TWC Digital Journeys
o Own and implement Regulatory Tech changes related to SME along with products.

Business

  • Strategize and execute the plan for India SME digital journey together with IN SME Heads, IN Digital Banking Head, Group SME Domain Delivery team(s) and Tech hives.

Processes

  • Uphold the responsibilities of the Data & Analytics processes, including storage and usage of Personal data and sensitive data.

Risk Management

  • Ensure data is handled and processed appropriately within the Group and Regulatory guidelines.

Governance

  • Track measure and monitor quality and efficiency of delivery. Support the formalization of Data & MI processes.

Key Responsibilities

Regulatory & Business Conduct

  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct.
  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
  • Lead to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank's Conduct Principles: (Fair Outcomes for Clients; Effective Financial Markets; Financial Crime Compliance; The Right Environment.) *
  • Serve as a Director of the Board
  • Exercise authorities delegated by the Board of Directors and act in accordance with Articles of Association (or equivalent)
