Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Digital Banking Officer. The Digital Banking Officer will oversee daily operations related to digital banking services, manage customer inquiries, provide comprehensive support for digital transactions, and maintain strong business relationships. Additionally, this role involves processing loan applications and ensuring high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

  • Finance skills, particularly in managing digital banking services and processing loans
  • Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Experience in Business Relationship Management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Relevant experience in the banking or financial sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Able to meet customer's in person
