Position Overview:
As a Bank relationship executive, you will play a critical role in meeting the client’s (Small and Medium Enterprises) funding requirement by coordinating with various banks. Two parameters that define this role are 1. Getting the lowest interest rate for the client from the financial institutions and 2. Getting the loan processed at record speed so that clients are delighted with the speed of service.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Understand the requirement of the client in detail

2. Follow up and collect the relevant papers to discuss with the banks

3. Prepare a pitch and meet the banks to explain the case

4. Get a term sheet from the banks that match the requirement of the client

5. Get a confirmation from the client on the term sheet

6. Get the client sign the mandate agreement with us to take forward the proposal

7. Arrange the bank meetings with the client. Participate in the meeting personally and ensure all are on the same page

8. Keep meeting the bank and the client till the transaction is complete and till our service fees is received

9. Develop bank network by meeting various bank personnel regularly. The meeting is to source business from them and also to understand some unique products that they have which we can sell it to our clients

10. Once the transaction is successfully completed, ask for referrals proactively and generate new leads

Minimum Requirements:

- Someone who can analyse the balance sheets and can prepare a summary of the financials
- Good writing and speaking skills to create Pitch to the banks and to convince them to offer the best term sheet
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
