Job Title:Digital Banking Expert

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and passion for digital banking to drive innovation and excellence in our organization.

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Banking Expert who can implement and customize Oracle Banking Digital Experience (OBDX) and Oracle FLEXCUBE Direct Banking (FCDB) projects with ease. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge digital banking solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementation & Customization: Develop and implement OBDX and FCDB projects, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • API Development: Design and implement REST APIs to facilitate secure and efficient data exchange.
  • Requirement Analysis: Analyze business requirements to translate them into actionable technical solutions.
  • Code Development: Write high-quality, maintainable code that adheres to best practices and industry standards.
  • Debugging & Fixes: Identify and resolve code-related issues promptly, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
  • Performance Optimization: Fine-tune code to optimize overall system performance and user experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Core Skills: Strong design and coding skills in digital banking implementation and development, with expertise in Java and advanced Java programming.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Internet Banking Application implementation/customization/development using OBDX or FCDB.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with XML, XSLT, SOAP, RESTful Web Services, and JSON.
  • Working experience with WebLogic Application Server and Oracle Database.
  • Familiarity with frameworks such as Struts, Spring, or similar.
  • KnockoutJS experience is mandatory.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
  • Comfortable working in an agile environment.

Education:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree (preferred) in Computer Science or related fields.
