We are looking for a skilled professional to fill the role of Test Engineer. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Mobile and internet banking applications, with strong knowledge of functional integration regression and automation testing techniques. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing developing and executing test strategies for Digital banking ensuring high-quality delivery. This includes participating in end-of-end testing of Digital modules, designing and executing test cases based on business and functional requirements, conducting functional regression and integration testing including support for SIT and UAT phases, contributing to test automation efforts using tools like Selenium Tosca and test complete, collaborating with development product owners and QA teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage, assisting in test data creation environment setup and defect reporting tracking using tools such as JIRA Zephyr or HP ALM, writing and maintaining SQL queries for backend validation on Oracle SQL databases, ensuring adherence to QA processes standards and documentation practices, preparing testing status reports and participating in defect triage meetings, working closely with senior testers to gain domain and technical expertise in Temenos and banking applications. To be successful in this role, you should have 2-6 years of overall QA testing experience in the banking or financial services domain, hands-on testing experience with digital banking applications exposure to Automation Testing using tools like Selenium Tosca or relevant frameworks good understanding of banking workflows including payments flows working knowledge of test management tools such as JIRA Zephyr or HP ALM proficiency in writing and executing SQL queries for test validations strong analytical skills attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
