Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the highest standards of quality in customer interactions.

  • You will monitor and evaluate chats and emails to guarantee quality standards are met.
  • You will identify areas of improvement and provide actionable feedback to agents.
  • You will prepare and share weekly/monthly quality reports to track progress.
  • You will collaborate with training and operations teams to implement process improvements.
  • You will conduct calibration sessions and quality assessments to ensure consistency in evaluations.
  • You will assist in updating quality guidelines and audit forms based on business needs.

Requirements:

  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with QA tools and CRM systems, including Excel.
