Job Description

The Digital Banking Product Lead plays a pivotal role in driving the development and enhancement of our digital banking products and services tailored specifically for businesses.

This role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business customers.

  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital banking products based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, user stories, and features for digital banking products, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
  • Create and maintain the product backlog, continuously refining and reprioritizing features and enhancements based on feedback, market trends, and business priorities.
  • Translate requirements into actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of features. Provide real-time feedback.
  • Foster collaboration and communication across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Drive successful product launches and adoption by working closely with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to develop go-to-market strategies, training materials, and customer communications.
  • Monitor and analyze key product metrics, user feedback, and market trends to evaluate product performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive iterative enhancements.
  • Stay informed about regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to digital business banking products, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
