Job Title:

Product Visionary

Job Summary:

Drive the development and enhancement of digital banking products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet evolving business customer needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Define product vision and strategy for digital banking based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, user stories, and features for digital banking products.
  • Create and maintain the product backlog, refining and reprioritizing features and enhancements based on feedback, market trends, and business priorities.
  • Translate requirements into actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications for high-quality and timely delivery of features.
  • Foster collaboration across teams to ensure alignment throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Monitor and analyze key product metrics, user feedback, and market trends to evaluate product performance and drive iterative enhancements.
Required Skills:

Proven experience as a product owner in banking, specifically in business banking or commercial banking. Strong understanding of digital banking technologies and platforms, with a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to prioritize competing demands and make data-driven product decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working in an agile environment, with proficiency in agile methodologies, scrum, and product management tools.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance considerations relevant to digital banking products.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Standard industry certifications such as SAFe, CSPO, or PSPO.
