Product Owner – Digital Banking

We are looking for a results-driven Product Owner to lead the development of digital banking solutions with a strong focus on account opening, loan origination, and customer onboarding. You will play a critical role in bridging business needs, user experience, and technology by defining product features, managing a dynamic backlog, and working closely with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver seamless, customer-centric digital experiences

Job Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

Translate business needs and user feedback into clear product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Own and prioritize the product backlog to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.

Collaborate with product managers, developers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to shape the digital banking platform.

Ensure robust integration across various banking systems and digital products.

Support Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos) and contribute to PI planning.

Conduct customer research using journey mapping, personas, and data analysis to inform product direction.

Oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation to deployment, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.

Assist in preparing internal and customer-facing documentation and training materials.

Monitor product performance, revenue impact, and pricing in collaboration with Product Managers.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in financial services, fintech, or digital banking.

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and experience working with development teams in sprints.

Proven experience delivering digital account opening, loan origination, or onboarding tools.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable tasks.

Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and design platforms like Figma is a plus.

Knowledge of digital banking trends, compliance, and core banking integrations.
