Role Purpose:The primary purpose of the Product Owner is to lead the strategic direction and execution of product development initiatives within the realm of technologies. This includes translating business requirements into actionable plans, overseeing the development process, and continuously evaluating product performance to drive iterative improvements. By fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams and engaging with stakeholders at all levels, the Product Owner ensures the successful delivery of products that meet the company's objectives and industry standards.

Role Value:The Product Owner plays a pivotal role in driving the development and enhancement of innovative technologies. By aligning business needs with product strategy, this role contributes significantly to the creation of high-quality solutions that deliver tangible value to both internal stakeholders and end-users. Example Role Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with Machine Learning and Engineering teams on advanced data extraction technologies (e.g., no-OCR VLM-based extractions).

Translate business needs into epics and user stories aligned with product goals and delivery timelines. Partner with cross-functional team members, particularly in Engineering and Machine Learning, to ensure clarity and alignment on priorities. Maintain a product backlog with input from Product Managers, prioritized based on business value and strategy.

Engage internal and external stakeholders to gather product requirements. Collaborate with Data Analysts to assess product capabilities and support data-driven decisions. Oversee product progress through each iteration, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

Stay current with agile methodologies and emerging industry trends. Communicate effectively with stakeholders across global teams. Relevant Experience and Qualifications:Minimum 3+ years of professional experience as a Product Owner in an agile environment.

Understanding of Machine Learning and AI concepts (e.g., VLM, LLMs). Experience working with ML/AI-focused teams. Strong technical aptitude and adaptability to new tools and workflows.

Data-driven mindset with a high attention to detail. Solid understanding of agile principles; familiarity with SAFe or similar frameworks is a plus. Proven ability to work in an international, cross-cultural context.
