As a Product Strategist for Digital Banking, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and enhancement of our digital banking products and services tailored specifically for businesses.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for digital banking products based on market research and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements and features for digital banking products.
  • Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog continuously refining and reprioritizing features and enhancements based on feedback and market trends.
  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to translate requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Foster collaboration and communication across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Drive successful product launches by working with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and customer communications.
  • Monitor and analyze key product metrics and user feedback to evaluate product performance and drive iterative enhancements.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to prioritize competing demands.

  • Proven experience working in an agile development environment.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance considerations relevant to digital banking products.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
