What We’re Looking For
Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a good command of English
Eagerness to learn international sales processes and client engagement
Ability to work in a dynamic, target-driven environment
Good to have
Prior exposure to lead generation, cold calling, or emailing for international clients
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Research and identify potential clients in international markets (mainly the US)
Reach out to prospects through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team
Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for prospective clients
Maintain accurate records of outreach and follow-ups in CRM tools
Work closely with senior business development managers to align on targets and strategy

Exposure to global markets, primarily the US, with hands-on experience working in US shifts and other international regions, that too completely from the office
