About This Role
As a Client Success Manager at AGS, you will support our clients’ growth and success by providing comprehensive consulting services combined with on-the-ground execution within your region. This role bridges strategic advisory with hands-on technical services, ensuring that clients effectively achieve their goals. You will be a key partner for assigned clients, fostering their success and growth in your region.
You will participate in client relationships, manage projects, and be an integral part of both high-level consulting and practical application. This role requires deep expertise in the textile industry, strong technical and interpersonal skills, and the ability to guide clients from strategy to execution.
Key Responsibilities
Client Partnership & Execution : Serve as a regional point of contact for clients. Own the relationship while actively managing and executing tasks, such as marketing campaigns, sales initiatives, and business development efforts.
On-the-Ground Support : Provide direct, hands-on services, including business development, market strategy execution, supply chain coordination, and product application support. This requires traveling to partners and customers around New Delhi and the Northern Region of India.
Business Growth & Market Penetration : Actively work to expand client presence by executing sales strategies, developing partnerships, and engaging in direct business development activities to open new markets.
Marketing & Sales Execution : Participate in the development and execution of client marketing strategies, involved in everything from campaign rollouts to customer engagement and feedback collection.
Consultative Services : Offer strategic advice on marketing, supply chain, and technical operations, ensuring clients leverage AGS's full suite of innovative products and solutions.
Project Management : Lead small to mid-sized projects, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on time and within budget.
Project Leadership : Manage and execute client projects such as product development, sample coordination, and timely delivery of new materials, ensuring that all projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
Technical & Supply Chain Support : Provide direct technical services to clients, including problem-solving and supply chain optimization, ensuring smooth product delivery and integration into the market.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in the textile industry:
- Material innovation, technical concept development, marketing, and sales across the textile value chain (i.e. raw materials, fiber, fabric, and garment manufacturing along with brand-side).
Must be located in or near New Delhi, to ensure proximity to customers and to execute on-the-ground responsibilities.
Bachelor’s Degree in textiles, required (Textile Engineering preferred).
Master’s Degree, preferred (MBA preferred).
Core Competencies :
- Expertise in marketing, sales, technical product innovation, supply chain, and project management.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make independent decisions.
- Interpersonal effectiveness and teamwork with a focus on delivering value.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, especially in client-facing scenarios.
