Key Responsibilities

  • Program Support:
    Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing education and community development programs.
  • Stakeholder Coordination:
    Liaise with schools, teachers, community members, and partner organizations to ensure smooth program execution.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
    Prepare reports, maintain records, and contribute to monitoring program progress and impact assessment.
  • Field Engagement:
    Participate in community visits, workshops, and on-ground activities to understand local challenges and provide support.
  • Event Management:
    Help organize awareness drives, training sessions, and special events for students and the community.
  • Digital & Communication Support:
    Contribute to social media content, awareness campaigns, and basic communication material as required.

Who We're Looking For

  • Graduates only
    (immediate joiners preferred).
  • Passionate about social impact, education, and community development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable with on-ground responsibilities.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Willingness to travel locally for field visits and community interactions.
