Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Compliance:

- Due diligence of CSR projects and ensure adherence to relevant regulations.
- Fund allocation and monitoring fund utilization for effective implementation of CSR activities.
- Coordinate with implementing agencies for project follow-ups, updates and obtain fund utilization certificates.
- CSR reporting processes, including the filing of e-Form CSR-2.
- Support marketing and branding activities related to CSR initiatives.

Secretarial Compliance (Companies Act 2013 & Other Corporate Laws:

- Compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable corporate laws.
- Filing of various e-forms with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).
- Annual filing of financial statements and returns (AOC-4, MGT-7).
- Draft Notices, Agendas, and Minutes for Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and General Meetings (AGM/EGM).
- Manage the appointment and resignation processes for Directors and Auditors, ensuring compliance.
- Coordination for Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, and Secretarial Audit processes, facilitating documentation & information.
- Issuance and updating of Digital Signature Certificates for authorized signatories.
- Transfer and transmission of shares and securities.
- Maintain and update all mandatory statutory register and records.

Labour Law and Vendor Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with all applicable Labour Laws.
- Vendor audits and related compliances.

Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Compliance:

- Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) as per POSH guidelines.
- POSH Policy and ICC meetings.
- Filing of the mandatory annual POSH return.

Other Compliance:

- Compliance by the Board of Directors with statutory obligations.

Monitor changes in legislation to ensure the company’s compliance with laws
