Gurugram, India Dhwani Rural Information Systems Full time

Experience Level : 1-3 years (junior to mid)

About the Role :

We're looking for an Associate Product Manager to help drive delivery across squads, shape solutions with design and engineering, and turn the roadmap into reliable releases. You'll translate user and client needs into clear requirements, steward security and quality (incl. VAPT follow-ups), and help incubate practical AI features that improve real outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Supervise product delivery across sprints : backlog grooming, sprint planning, UAT, release notes, and post-release QA.

- Convert business problems into clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria; partner with Design/Engineering/QA for smooth execution.

- Implement the product roadmap : break down epics, define milestones, track dependencies, and manage risks/blocks.

- Own feature solutioning : problem framing, alternatives, trade-offs, UX flows, and success criteria/KPIs.

- Security & Quality : coordinate VAPT cycles, triage findings, drive remediation SLAs, and ensure OWASP-aligned practices are followed.

- AI features : identify high-value use cases, scope data/permissions, evaluate build vs. buy (LLMs/services), define guardrails, and measure impact.

- Client & PMF : run discovery calls, synthesize feedback, analyze usage and retention signals, and iterate toward product-market fit.

- Partner with GTM/Support on enablement : FAQs, release guides, internal demos, and training.

- Maintain documentation (PRDs, decision logs) and dashboards for adoption, NPS, and release health.

- Support vendor evaluations, third-party integrations, and basic cost/benefit analyses.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 1-3 years in product, business analysis, or adjacent roles delivering software to production.

- Strong requirements writing (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria) and backlog management.

- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum, Jira/Asana (or similar), and release workflows.

- Comfort with product analytics and metrics; ability to define success KPIs and read funnels/dashboards.

- Technical fluency : basics of APIs, data models, and integration patterns; ability to reason about constraints and trade-offs.

- Security awareness : understands VAPT outcomes and remediation prioritization.

- Excellent communication-concise specs, clear stakeholder updates, and facilitation with clients and internal teams.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have) :

- Domain (mGrant/CSR) familiarity : Understanding of India CSR context-Schedule VII mapping, CSR-1/12A/80G basics, CSR-2 data requirements, Rule 8/9 disclosures, Unspent CSR (ongoing vs. other), impact assessment triggers/thresholds, utilization certificates, and capital asset tracking.

- Frappe framework fluency (strong plus) : Comfortable collaborating with Frappe devs; can read basic DocTypes/Workflows, discuss Server Scripts/Client Scripts, and reason about permissions/roles; bonus for exposure to ERPNext modules or bench/migration workflows (no heavy coding required).

- Exposure to AI/ML products (LLM-powered features, embeddings, prompt design, evaluation).

- Hands-on with analytics tools (Amplitude/Mixpanel/GA4/Looker/Power BI) and basic SQL for ad-hoc queries.

- Familiarity with UX tools (Figma) and writing UX copy/microcopy.

- Experience coordinating VAPT or compliance checklists; awareness of OWASP Top 10.

- Knowledge of pricing/packaging experiments, A/B testing, or experimentation frameworks.

- Experience with client-facing workshops, discovery interviews, and synthesizing insights into roadmap proposals.

- Version control and delivery basics (Git branches, release tagging) are a plus.
