Role Overview

We are looking for a
driven B2B Sales Manager
to lead our outreach to
corporates and educational institutions
. The role involves building strong relationships with HR leaders, CHROs, wellness heads, and university decision-makers, understanding their workforce/student well-being needs, and positioning Felicity as a trusted partner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and engage decision-makers at
    corporates, universities, and coaching institutions
    .
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle:
    lead generation → pitching → proposal building → negotiation → closure
    .
  • Customize and present Felicity's solutions (employee/student mental health programs, digital self-care tools, white-label services).
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and deliver predictable revenue growth.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly
    sales targets (ARR/MRR goals)
    .
  • Handle
    P&L responsibility exceeding ₹50 lakhs per month
    , ensuring revenue growth and profitability.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to enable upsell, cross-sell, and renewal.
  • Represent Felicity at
    industry events, HR forums, and education summits
    .
  • Provide feedback to product and operations teams on client needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.

Key Requirements

  • 3–6 years
    of B2B sales experience in
    HR tech, health-tech, ed-tech, SaaS, or wellness solutions
    .
  • Proven track record of selling to
    HR leaders, CHROs, or education administrators
    .
  • Strong network in
    corporate HR / wellness / student services ecosystems
    preferred.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage
    longer consultative sales cycles
    with multiple stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in
    handling P&Ls larger than ₹50 lakhs/month
    with measurable revenue outcomes.
  • Self-starter with strong ownership, resilience, and target orientation.
