B2B Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

Identify and prospect potential B2B clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and industry events

Understand client needs and present customized EAP solutions

Conduct product demos and sales presentations to HR heads and CXOs

Follow up on leads, create proposals, and close deals

Maintain a robust pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

Collaborate with marketing to generate qualified leads

Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs

Maintain CRM records and report on sales activities and forecasts

Bachelors degree in Business, Psychology, HR, or related fields is preferred

Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot)

Strong communication and presentation skills

Proven ability to generate leads and close sales

Confidence in dealing with senior HR professionals and decision-makers

Highly self-motivated and target-driven
