The Role

As part of our 
Product Analytics team

, you will own the measurement framework for how we understand users, app engagement and growth loops. You'll partner with product, engineering, and ML teams to define key metrics, build scalable analytics pipelines, and uncover insights that directly shape our user experience and drive business growth.

What You'll Do

  • Define and own core product metrics (engagement, retention, user funnels, monetization funnels).
  • Set up self-serve product and business analytics infrastructure (dashboards, cohorts, funnel visualizations) working alongside product teams.
  • Build and scale A/B experimentation frameworks
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses on new features, launches, and growth initiatives
  • Translate raw data and trends into actionable insights and communicate strategic recommendations for product leadership
  • Build, mentor and grow a small analytics team

What We're Looking For

  • 4–8+ years in product analytics, growth analytics or business analytics, ideally at scaled B2C platforms (social, gaming, marketplaces, dating, or media).
  • Deep experience with SQL, Python/R and atleast one BI tool (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker.).
  • Strong communicator with product instincts.  You can infer insights and from coherent stories from your analysis
  • Experience evaluating recommendation systems, search, or personalization algorithms
  • System thinker, curious and detail-oriented: Ability to ask "Why" behind the data and inclination to drill down to get the answers
  • Bonus

: Built or scaled experimentation and product analytics frameworks from scratch, preferably in a scaled data or recSys environment
